Here are the Images of the two altered books I made the final photographic piece is within my portfolio. With this book I was trying to only keep the imagery withing this old wood and metal work text book leaving windows through the rest of the book. The windows didn't make things as visible as I wanted. Yet I think the way it has been cut kind of makes it look almost organic.
This is the other book I made using a small bible. I tore spiral out of the book hoping the would look clouds 'from heaven' as it was made from a bible. In the end I think I made a little bit of a mess, however I think especially in the photographs the book looks interesting at least.
